By participating in the [Free Sahaja Yoga Class], you can practice Sahaja Yoga and experience to:

Founder Shri Mataji has been spreading sahaja yoga around the world since 1970 to give en-mass self-realization and teach meditation skills, and all yoga classes and lectures are free of charge. Shri Mataji and we all believe that actualizing self-realization is an innate ability and inherent right for everyone, not, and can not be purchased with money or material. We now have numerous practitioners in over 120 countries around the world.
During the two-hour beginner class, you will learn about our inner enery subtle system, and various cleansing & balancing techniques to go deeper in meditation, and enjoy collective meditation with guidance, in a relaxed and atmosphere. Sahaja Yoga is based on meditation, not "Hatha" yoga, nor any special meditation posture, or specific clothing. Seats and sitting mattress will provided on site. Please bring a heart that seeks truth, knowledge and openness.
You will learn how to meditate and balance yourself at home. These tips are easy to learn and practice. You only need to start meditation morning and evening for 10 to 20 minutes a day to feel obvious difference.
Beginners or those who are already practising meditation are welcome to come to learn this Sahaja Yoga meditation, which is unique and different from other meditation methods.
